How long does delivery take for tiles and bathroom suites?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. For larger pallet orders, our courier will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window to ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can order cut samples of our tiles directly through the product pages to see the true color and texture in your own home lighting.
What is your return policy for surplus tiles?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that bespoke items or specially ordered bathroom furniture may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?
Measure the total square meterage of your area and add 10% to account for cuts, waste, and potential breakages during installation. This ensures you have enough tiles from the same batch.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, fragile items can occasionally break in transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages with photographic evidence within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are your products suitable for underfloor heating?
Most of our porcelain and stone tiles are compatible with both electric and water-based underfloor heating systems. Please check the specific product specifications or consult our team for advice on suitable adhesives.
