At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If your tiles or fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all tiles and bathroom fixtures are securely packed in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot refund broken goods.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service or drop them off personally at one of our ATS showroom locations.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
